Job summary

Youth Unlimited YFC Southwestern Ontario invites you to join a mission-driven team dedicated to mentoring youth across Southwestern Ontario. This position focuses on planning, implementing, and engaging in youth activities within a Youth Centre and school settings.

You will recruit volunteers, build partnerships, fundraise, and communicate clearly with families while advancing program goals. Strong leadership, relationship skills, and spiritual maturity are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to participate in a team that undertakes weekly tasks.
• Satisfactory Criminal Reference Check (Vulnerable Persons Sector).

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and engage in youth activities in a Youth Centre or school setting.
• Create programs based on abilities while serving community youth.
• Recruit and work with volunteers; build ministry partnerships.
• Fundraise and participate in major satellite events.
• Maintain clear communication with parents and the public; complete monthly reports and policies.
