Job summary

Youth Unlimited YFC Southwestern Ontario is seeking someone passionate about youth Ministry to plan and run automotive-themed programs and mentorship. You will build relationships with youth and lead weekly activities while coordinating volunteers and partners to support ministry goals.

The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing development, and effective communication with parents and the community, within a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in youth ministry and leadership roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and engage in youth activities in an automotive shop setting.
• Create programs based on abilities while serving community youth.
• Recruit and coordinate volunteers and raise funds to support ministry.
