Job summary

Youth Unlimited YFC Southwestern Ontario is seeking a committed individual to plan and run youth activities in a Youth Centre and school settings. You will design programs aligned with our mission, foster relationships with youth and partners, and support fundraising efforts.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and organizational skills. Post-secondary education is preferred; a Vulnerable Persons Sector check is required. Competitive compensation with ministry partnership funding.

Qualifications

• Strong relational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a team with diverse weekly tasks.
• Satisfactory Criminal Reference Check (Vulnerable Persons Sector).

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and engage in youth activities in a Youth Centre and school settings.
• Create programs based on abilities while serving community youth.
• Build relationships and develop ministry partnerships for support.
• Recruit and work with volunteers and participate in fundraising events.
• Attend regular meetings and maintain administrative tasks.
