Fitzrovia is seeking a Property Systems Specialist in Toronto to support integration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of property management systems, including Yardi Voyager 7S. Responsibilities

• Assist with integration and configuration of property management systems, including Yardi Voyager 7S and modules.
• Troubleshoot technical issues within PMS tools and third-party integrations, escalate when needed.
• Support onboarding of new users, including account creation and access troubleshooting across Yardi and other systems.
• Conduct regular system checks to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.
• Train staff on Yardi and related systems, sharing best practices and key features.
• Prepare user-friendly documentation based on common issues and best practices.
• Track and manage service tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide basic day-to-day troubleshooting, escalating complex issues as required.
• Assist with property setup in Yardi and data entry for units, rents, amenities and configurations.
• Support data migration during property acquisitions for accurate transfers.
• Maintain vendor information in the PMS and ensure necessary details are updated.
• Collaborate with the Property Systems Manager to optimize automation tools in Yardi.
• Coordinate with third-party software providers for updates and issue resolution.
• Attend meetings and provide status updates on system enhancements.

Salary Range: $85,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually

Fitzrovia is seeking to hire a Property Systems Specialist to join our team. The Property Systems Specialist will support the integration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of property management systems, including Yardi Voyager 7S and associated modules. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with user onboarding and training, conducting system checks to ensure data accuracy, and managing service tickets.

The role also involves supporting property setups, data migrations, vendor management, and optimizing automation tools to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the specialist will assist in coordinating with third-party software providers and provide regular updates on system enhancements and issue resolutions.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 – $90,000. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the integration and configuration of property management systems, including supporting the setup and ongoing maintenance of Yardi Voyager 7S and associated modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the PMS tools and third-party integrations, escalating issues to the Property Systems Manager or Yardi when necessary.
• Support the Property Systems Manager in the onboarding of new users, including account creation and troubleshooting user access issues across Yardi and other systems.
• Conduct regular system checks to validate data accuracy and ensure consistency in reporting across all PMS tools.
• Assist with training staff members on the proper use of Yardi and related systems, ensuring they understand key features and functionalities.
• Help prepare user-friendly documentation based on frequently encountered issues or best practices.
• Track and manage service tickets, following up to ensure timely resolution of user-reported problems.
• Provide basic troubleshooting support for day-to-day issues, escalating more complex issues to the Property Systems Manager or third-party vendors.
• Assist with property setup in Yardi, ensuring accurate data entry for units, rents, amenities, and configurations.
• Support the data migration process during property acquisitions, ensuring accurate and seamless transfer of information.
• Support vendor management by adding and maintaining vendor information in the PMS, ensuring all necessary details (contact information, insurance documents, etc.) are accurately entered and updated.
• Work with the Property Systems Manager to optimize the use of automation tools in Yardi to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in managing relationships with third-party software providers by supporting communication and coordination of software updates and issue resolution.
• Attend meetings and provide status updates on the resolution of technical issues or system enhancements as required.
