Job summary

Michael Page International (Canada) is seeking a Yardi System Administrator in Mississauga to manage ERP incident workflows and optimize Voyager 8 modules. You will review and resolve system issues, develop standard reports, and contribute to the Elevate roadmap with an emphasis on automation and operational improvements.

The role requires 3+ years of ERP experience, knowledge of Yardi platforms, and familiarity with CMMS assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting, administering, or implementing ERP applications.
• Experience with Yardi ERP software or related property management/ERP platforms preferred.
• Experience supporting, administering, or implementing Yardi Maintenance IQ or CMMS assets is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare, seniors housing, real estate, or multi-site environments is advantageous.
• Full cycle accounting experience is an asset.
• Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management processes is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical help, support, and management of the incident and request workflow for all ERP systems.

• Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
• Support the Yardi Elevate roadmap through implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Voyager 8 modules.
• Follow documentation standards for all incidents.
• Adhere to IT general controls and participate in disciplined incident management.
• Follow IT Service Management and Asset Management best practices and maintain quality standards.
• Develop SOPs and documentation and keep existing docs up to date.
• Participate in rotational standby/on-call duties.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation and workflow improvements to streamline processes.

Job Description

• Provide technical help, support, and management of the incident and request workflow for all ERP systems, ensuring best practices are being followed.
• Review, troubleshoot, resolve and/or escape system errors and issues to the system vendor when necessary.
• Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
• Support the organization's Yardi Elevate roadmap by contributing to the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Voyager 8 modules and associated platform capabilities.
• Follow strict adherence to documentation standards for all incidents.
• Follow strict adherence to all IT general controls, supporting compliance reporting and directly participating in a disciplined incident management framework.
• Follow IT Service Management and Asset Management best practices, following operating procedures, adhering to standards of quality (process and product)
• Develop SOP's and documentation and ensure existing documentation is up to date and organized.
• Participate in rotational standby/on-call duties as needed.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where automation, workflow improvements, and system capabilities can be leveraged to streamline, simplify, and improve operational processes and user experience.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Yardi System Administrator should have:

• 3+ years of experience supporting, administering, or implementing ERP applications.
• Experience with Yardi ERP software or related property management/ERP platforms preferred.
• Experience supporting, administering, or implementing Yardi Maintenance IQ or similar computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is considered an asset.
• Experience in healthcare, seniors housing, real estate, or multi-site environments is considered an asset.
• Full cycle accounting experience is considered and asset.
• A working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management processes is considered and asset.
