Job summary

Fitzrovia Real Estate is seeking a Property Systems Specialist to support the integration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Yardi Voyager 7S and related modules. You will troubleshoot issues, assist with onboarding and training, and validate data accuracy across all PMS tools in an in-office role.

Responsibilities include managing service tickets, property setup, data migrations, vendor management, and optimizing automation within Yardi to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with Yardi Voyager and related modules (VendorCafe, RentCafe, Procure to Pay).
• Knowledge of property management operations is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with integration and configuration of property management systems, including Yardi Voyager 7S and modules.
• Track and manage service tickets and ensure timely resolutions.
• Support onboarding of new users and troubleshoot access issues.
• Conduct regular system checks for data accuracy and reporting consistency.
• Help train staff on Yardi features and create user documentation.
• Support property setup in Yardi with accurate data entry.
