Job description

The XM Producer is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of experiential marketing activations from concept through completion. This role requires strong production expertise, vendor management, and logistical coordination to ensure high-quality event execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates closely with creative and account teams, and ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget.

This role requires occasional travel and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules. All travel, accommodations, and working hours will be planned.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of experiential activations from concept to completion, ensuring seamless delivery within budget and timeline.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, track hard costs, identify cost efficiencies, and ensure financial accountability.
  • Source and manage vendors, brand ambassadors, and on-site logistics to successfully bring creative concepts to life.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop and produce activation assets, including fabrication, print production, and venue elements for pop-ups, takeovers, and live experiences.
  • Collaborate with Account teams to develop project timelines, enforce key milestones, and manage critical deadlines.
  • Provide strong logistical oversight, including storage coordination, shipping and receiving, and inventory management as required.
  • Identify and partner with top-tier vendors, suppliers, and talent to elevate event execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including weekly time tracking, project files, and production materials within shared systems.
  • Work closely with finance and account teams to reconcile project budgets and complete post-event wrap reports with key insights and learnings.
Skills & Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in experiential production, event marketing, or live event production.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication, logistics, print production, and venue management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong vendor management and client-facing communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams and managing production timelines.
  • Willingness to travel within Canada (approximately 20–35%).
  • Familiarity with inventory logistics, merchandise production, AV, and technical production is considered an asset.

The compensation range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 annually and has been benchmarked against comparable positions in the market and is based on a combination of experience, skills, and internal equity.
