Job summary

Momentum Worldwide seeks a seasoned Production leader to oversee experiential activations and live events across multiple clients. You will manage pre-production, budgeting, staffing, vendor relations and cross-functional coordination to deliver high-impact experiences.

The role requires 8+ years in events, agency background, supervisory experience, and willingness to travel frequently to produce events across Canada.

Qualifications

• 8+ years producing live events and experiential programs.
• 2
• 3+ years supervising three or more direct reports and remote teams.
• 2
• Proven leader with production expertise including live event logistics and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of client events including experiential activations and field marketing programs.
• Pre-production management and implementation of integrated experiential marketing programs.
• Deliver category expertise in live event logistics, mobile marketing, tours and roadshows.
• Manage budgets, staffing plans and profitability estimates for all jobs.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
• Lead staff planning, performance management and training across assigned team.
• Set event quality standards and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
