Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in HR technology, business analysis, or project management with Workday HCM implementations.
• Deep Workday functional/technical expertise across multiple Workday HCM modules.
• Strong knowledge of Workday integration methods (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors) and reporting.
• Proven ability to lead Workday projects from conception to deployment.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex Workday initiatives and integrations.
• Serve as liaison between HR business stakeholders and external Workday vendors.
• Architect advanced Workday configurations, reports, and integrations.
• Analyze HR processes in Workday and recommend optimization.
• Provide business analysis and project management support for HR technology programs.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to Workday changes and compliance.
