Job summary

Moneris Solutions Corp seeks a Hands-on Workday HR Tech Specialist to lead configuration, enhancements, and ongoing support of Workday modules for managers and administrators. This role combines technical leadership with mentoring, balancing in‑office collaboration in Etobicoke with remote flexibility.

The candidate will drive reporting, analytics, and process improvements across HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, and Integrations, reporting to the HR Technology Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience supporting Workday HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Reporting, Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Completed post-secondary education in a relevant field such as Business, HR, or related discipline.
• Experience delivering HR technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of Workday modules, as a subject matter expert.
• Partner with stakeholders to support business processes and objectives.
• Design, test, and deploy technical solutions to enhance Workday functionality.
• Analyze and resolve system, application, and integration issues.
• Maintain HR data integrity and support operational reporting needs.
• Develop and deliver Workday training and user support resources.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR leadership.
• Mentor and coach team members to drive scalable solutions.
