Job summary

Focus on WD is seeking a Workday Compensation and Benefits Manager for a Canada-based contract spanning roughly 17 months with potential extensions. You will lead design and delivery across Benefits, Compensation and Job Architecture within a multi-organisation programme.

The role requires extensive Workday experience, strong stakeholder management, and proven ability to standardise HR processes, data validation, and change readiness in complex environments such as healthcare.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive business analysis supporting large-scale transformation.
• Experience with Workday Benefits Administration, Compensation and Job Architecture.
• Experience in healthcare, public sector, or unionised environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops and gap analysis.
• Define future-state HR processes, design decisions and validation.
• Support data conversion, testing, change readiness and cutover activities.
