Job summary

Capgemini in Canada seeks a Workday Application Support Lead to manage day-to-day operations of the Workday platform within the AMS team. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to ensure stable production environments and optimal platform value.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and experience across Workday modules. Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days onsite in Calgary and across Canada.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience supporting Workday applications.
• Experience supporting one or more Workday modules such as HCM, Learning, Benefits, Payroll or Projects.
• Familiarity with Workday reporting, security, and business processes.
• Experience managing incidents and service requests in an application support environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support for Workday production environments.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and user issues within defined service levels.
• Monitor integrations, scheduled processes, and data interfaces.
• Support Workday releases, testing activities, and system updates.
• Assist with data loads and mass data updates when required.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and maintain documentation.
