Wolseley Canada Inc. is seeking a Lead Compensation Analyst – Canada to own compensation programs nationwide. You will drive base pay, incentive structures, salary bands and job evaluation while collaborating with HR, Finance and business leaders.

A senior, independent contributor role, you will support Workday data migration and ensure equity and competitiveness across provinces. You will lead analytics, pricing, and governance for compensation while partnering with key stakeholders to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Advanced Workday Compensation and reporting experience.
• CCP designation or progress toward CCP is strongly preferred.
• Multi-province Canadian compensation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the compensation workstream for the Workday migration to the Ferguson US tenant, including mapping and configuration.
• Build and maintain Canadian salary ranges, grades, and market differentials; manage surveys and market pricing.
• Evaluate roles, maintain job families and levels; support organizational changes and acquisitions.
• Oversee annual merit, salary review and incentive planning cycles; ensure reconciliation.
• Model short-term incentive plans and liaise with Finance on sales compensation.
