Glentel Inc. through The Mobile Shop inside Real Canadian Superstore in Canada is seeking a Store Manager to guide customers toward the best mobile plans and devices while leading a sales team.

You will coach Wireless Sales Representatives, drive targets, and leverage partnerships with Bell, Rogers, and other brands to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail sales team.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of wireless carriers and plans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with shoppers to recommend mobile devices and rate plans.
• Lead and coach Wireless Sales Representatives to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with carrier partners and brands to deliver compelling offers.
• Support training and development to grow product knowledge and customer service.
