Job summary

The Mobile Shop inside Real Canadian Superstore in Abbotsford is seeking a Store Manager to guide customers toward the best phone and rate plan options that fit their lifestyle. You will lead daily operations, ensure exceptional service, and optimize store performance.

You will coach a team of Wireless Sales Representatives, drive sales targets, and participate in ongoing training with our in-house Learning & Development team.

Qualifications

• Guide customers toward optimal phone and rate plan options
• Lead and manage store operations and drive performance
• Provide excellent customer service and coaching to the sales team

Responsibilities

• Engage with Loblaw shoppers to offer mobile solutions from major brands
• Promote PC Optimum loyalty benefits to customers
• Become a Mobile Expert on carrier offerings, deals, and pricing structures
• Lead and inspire a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to meet targets and develop skills
