The Mobile Shop, a Loblaw-owned brand operated by Glentel Inc., inside Real Canadian Superstore in Calgary, seeks a Store Manager to guide customers toward optimal mobile and rate plan options for their lifestyle.

Lead and coach a team of Wireless Sales Representatives, drive sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service while leveraging industry partnerships and benefit-rich programs. This role offers a competitive commissions package and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales targets, providing ongoing coaching and development.
• Guide Loblaw shoppers in Real Canadian Superstore with mobile, home and business solutions from top brands.
• Engage customers with promotions and loyalty programs to maximize satisfaction and value.
