Job summary

The Mobile Shop, located inside Loblaws, is seeking a Store Manager in Kingston, Ontario to guide customers toward the best mobile options and rate plans. You will lead and coach a team of Wireless Sales Representatives, ensuring excellent service and achievement of sales targets.

As part of a Loblaw-owned brand backed by Glentel and its partners, you will develop product knowledge, leverage PC Optimum, and deliver a top-tier in-store experience for shoppers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a telecom/retail team.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to coach and develop frontline staff.
