Job summary

The Mobile Shop, a Loblaw-owned brand operated by Glentel Inc., seeks a Store Manager to lead in-store sales and guide customers to optimal phone and rate plan choices that fit their lifestyles. This is an in-store role inside Loblaws, with a focus on delivering top customer experiences.

You will manage a team of Wireless Sales Representatives, drive sales targets, and mentor staff while staying current on the latest devices, plans, and promotions from Bell, Rogers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Loblaw shoppers to offer the latest mobile, home and business solutions from leading brands.
• Lead and inspire a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and development.
• Become a mobile expert on carrier offerings, deals and pricing structures and communicate benefits to customers.
