The Mobile Shop, located inside Real Canadian Superstore, is seeking a Store Manager to guide customers to the best mobile and rate plan options that fit their lifestyles. The role sits within Glentel Inc., a leading Canadian wireless retailer supported by Bell and Rogers and partnered with major brands.

You will lead a team and drive sales, service, and loyalty. This position offers a competitive commissions package, a maternity leave top-up program, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training

• Engaging with Loblaw shoppers to offer the latest mobile, home and business solutions
• Lead and inspire a team of Wireless Sales Representatives through coaching, training and development
