Staples Canada in Abbotsford is seeking a Wireless Sales Supervisor to champion the customer experience in the wireless department. You will help consumers and business customers achieve their working and learning goals with the latest wireless products and services.

You will partner with management to set and meet short- and long-term goals, lead a selling culture across the team, and collaborate with other store departments to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Wireless Sales experience.
• 1+ years in a supervisory role with direct accountability for achieving sales targets is preferred.
• Completion of post-secondary education is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Partner with management to identify and achieve short and long-term goals for the wireless department
• Lead and model selling by cultivating a selling culture with associates to achieve goals and targets
• Engage with customers and associates in other departments when not at the wireless kiosk
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate to management when appropriate
• Follow-up calls to solicit feedback on sales and promote additional products and services
• Identify and grow new business opportunities and referrals
• Work with store leaders to target and generate business sales leads and referrals
• Provide management with relevant sales information
• Participate in recruitment, hiring and onboarding within their department
• Coach associates in all aspects of sales and customer engagement
• Adhere to asset protection and privacy policies
