Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a Foreman or Crew Supervisor in related road construction projects.
• Basic supervision experience required.
• Valid DZ driver license with good driving record, or willingness to obtain in a set time frame.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
• Follow supervisor's instructions and provide supervision to the crew.
• Follow the weekly work plan for self and crews.
• Prepare and verify payroll records for workers.
• Maintain Winter Operations records.
• Communicate job status with patrollers and supervisors.
