Job summary

Ferrovial, via Webber, seeks a winter maintenance supervisor in Ontario to manage contracted assets and lead site teams. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and efficient operation, with a pay range of 28.49–30.49 CAD per hour depending on experience.

You will organize work, supervise contractors, maintain records, and coordinate with authorities to ensure high standards. A High School Diploma and at least 3 years in road maintenance plus a valid Ontario G class license are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required and 3+ years experience in construction/road maintenance.
• Valid Ontario G Class Driver’s License and MTO Operator’s Permit required.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow policy to ensure safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead in winter maintenance, act as shift supervisor.
• Organize daily/weekly work with equipment, materials and labor.
• Ensure work complies with safety standards and contractual requirements; supervise contractors.
