Responsibilities

• Perform shift supervisor duties during winter maintenance season.
• Organize daily/weekly work with equipment, materials, and labor.
• Oversee operations to ensure safety and value for money.
• Provide training and supervision to junior staff.
• Inspect contractor work for standards compliance and report deficiencies.
• Coordinate traffic control at work sites and maintain records.
