Job summary

Ferrovial Webber in Ontario, Canada seeks a Patrol Supervisor to maintain contracted assets (roadways, signs, guardrails) and supervise winter operations. The position offers an hourly pay range of $26.00–$28.00 depending on experience.

You will organize daily and weekly work, ensure safety standards, train junior staff, and coordinate with contractors and public agencies. A high school diploma and valid DZ license are required; federal, state, and local regulations apply.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of summer and winter maintenance operations.
• Working knowledge of maintenance and maintenance related contracts.
• Strong knowledge of safety requirements, standards, policies and procedures.
• Able to prepare and maintain neat, accurate records.
• Ability to use word processing, spreadsheet, database, email and project scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Performing duties of shift supervisor during the winter maintenance season.
• Organizing daily/weekly work and ensuring appropriate equipment, material and labor.
• Supervising safety, quality and efficiency on site.
• Training junior staff in safety techniques, methods and procedures.
• Liaising with public agencies, property owners and contractors to maintain good relations and compliance.
