Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking a Winter Patrol Supervisor in Canada to plan, organize, and supervise crews, ensuring safety and timely completion of winter projects.

The role requires a High School Diploma, a valid G driver\'s license, and fluent English. You will oversee payroll and Winter Operations records, maintain communications with patrollers, and support safety/compliance initiatives at Ferrovial.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
• Follow supervisor's instructions and communicate supervision to the crew.
• Follow the outlined weekly work plan for themselves and work crews.
• Create and verify accurate payroll records for the workers.
• Help to create and verify accurate Winter Operations Records.
• Maintain communications with patrollers and supervisors of job status.
• Maintain a clean jobsite free of hazards.
• Participate in Performance and Development Review processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client targets.
• Be available for OT, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
