Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum three years experience in construction/road maintenance or related outdoor work.
• Valid Ontario DZ Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Maintain contracted assets per contract standards as directed by Patrol Supervisor.
• Serve as shift supervisor during winter maintenance season.
• Organize daily/weekly work with equipment, materials and labor.
• Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed; oversee contract staff performance.
• Provide leadership and training to junior staff and inspect contractor work for compliance.
• Assist in planning and monitoring weekly, monthly and annual work plans.
• Coordinate with property owners, public authorities and utilities for information and safety.
