Ferrovial Construction is seeking a winter maintenance shift supervisor to oversee contracted assets, ensuring safety and compliance with contract standards in Ontario.

The role includes organizing daily/weekly work, coordinating equipment and labor, and providing leadership to junior staff while maintaining thorough records and reporting performance.

Experience in road maintenance, a valid Ontario G class license, and knowledge of safety regulations are preferred for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years of experience in construction, road maintenance or related outdoor work preferred.
• Valid Ontario G Class Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.

Responsabilités

• Perform shift supervisor duties during winter maintenance.
• Organize daily/weekly work with equipment, materials and labor.
• Oversee contract staff to ensure standards and safety compliance; report deficiencies.
• Maintain and review records of hours, materials, incidents and inspections.
• Coordinate traffic control at work sites and liaise with authorities.
