Job summary

Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited, part of the Ferrovial group, seeks a winter patrol supervisor in Kingston, Ontario. Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Ontario DZ license and MTO Operator’s Permit required or eligible for immediate license.
• Experience in construction/road maintenance or equivalent outdoor work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform winter maintenance patrol duties and act as shift supervisor during winter season.
• Organize daily/weekly work with proper equipment, materials and labor.
• Ensure work meets safety standards and contractual requirements, reporting deficiencies as needed.
• Provide training and direction to junior staff on safety and procedures.
• Maintain records of equipment operation, maintenance hours and material usage as required by policies.
