Job summary

Ferrovial Construction’s Webber unit is seeking a Seasonal Patrol Maintenance Technician in Gormley, Ontario. The role involves maintaining road infrastructure assets and supporting winter maintenance operations, under the Patrol Supervisor.

The position requires a High School Diploma and a minimum of three years’ outdoor maintenance experience, plus a valid Ontario G-class license. You will use MS Office tools for records and reporting, and ensure safety and public relations at sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3+ years experience in construction, road maintenance, or outdoor maintenance preferred.
• Valid Ontario G Class Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contracted assets (roadways, medians, signs, guardrails, fences, bridges, tunnels, vegetation).
• Assist Patrol Supervisor in planning daily/weekly work and organizing equipment.
• Supervise/lead junior staff and ensure safety compliance at sites.
• Complete records of equipment use, hours, and materials.
• Coordinate traffic control and liaise with authorities and public.
