Ferrovial Construction is seeking a Patrol Supervisor for winter maintenance operations across contracted assets in Canada. You will supervise during winter season, organize daily/weekly work, and coordinate equipment, materials and labor to deliver safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities include overseeing contract staff, ensuring safety standards, maintaining records, and communicating with public agencies as needed. A valid Ontario G class license and MTO permit are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Required).
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in construction, road maintenance, commercial/industry repair, maintenance or landscaping (outdoor work).
• Maintain a Valid Ontario G Class Driver’s License and MTO Operator’s Permit, and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Perform shift supervisor duties during winter maintenance season.
• Organize daily/weekly work with equipment, material and labor.
• Inspect contract staff work for compliance and report deficiencies.
• Coordinate traffic control at work sites and liaise with authorities.
• Maintain records of equipment hours, material usage and incidents.
• Assist in weekly, monthly and annual work plans and claims analysis.
