LCBO Strathroy is hiring a casual Customer Service Representative to engage customers, share product knowledge, and deliver a best-in-class experience at the till and on the floor.

You will assist with inventory, stocking, and maintaining customer-ready standards while supporting union requirements and peak periods. This part-time role suits those who enjoy public interaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in Canada and at least 18 years old
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to engage customers and colleagues positively
• Willingness to perform stock/receiving duties and light lifting up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide best-in-class service at checkout and on the floor
• Share product knowledge and guide purchases of wine, beer, and spirits
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and replenishing inventory
