LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to engage customers, share product knowledge, and deliver a best-in-class experience while operating cash registers and supporting store operations.

Ideal candidates are 18+, eligible to work in Canada, and prepared to undergo a background check. Positions are casual with shifts based on store needs, including evenings and weekends during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in Canada and be at least 18 years old.
• Able to pass a Criminal Background Check at your own expense before starting.
• Hours vary by store needs and peak periods; union dues apply.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide best-in-class service.
• Operate computerized cash registers and assist on the store floor.
• Assist with receiving inventory, unloading trucks, stocking and maintaining customer-ready standards.
• Handle repetitive lifting of cases up to 40 lbs/18 kg and process transactions.
