Job summary

The LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) is hiring a Customer Service Representative. This role focuses on engaging customers, sharing product knowledge, and delivering a best-in-class shopping experience at the cash register and on the store floor.

You will interact with customers, coworkers, and trade representatives, assist with receiving inventory, stock replenishment, and maintain Customer Ready Standards.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in Canada, minimum 18 years old
• Criminal background check required (paid by applicant)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to engage with customers and colleagues

Responsibilities

• Customer engagement, sharing product knowledge and providing a best in class customer experience both at registers and on the floor
• Interact with customers, co-workers, wholesale and trade representatives to create positive experiences
• Assist with receiving inventory, unloading trucks, stocking and maintaining Customer Ready Standards
• Handle transactions and perform duties with professionalism during peak periods and occasional lifting up to 40 lbs/18 kg
