Job summary

LCBO Hearst is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers seeking wine, beer and spirits. You will operate computerized cash registers, assist with receiving inventory, stock replenishment, and maintain Customer Ready Standards on the floor while interacting with colleagues.

The role involves occasional heavy lifting up to 40lbs/18kg and adherence to union dues and policies.

Qualifications

• You must be eligible to work in Canada and at least 18 years old.
• You agree to undergo a criminal background check prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and deliver best-in-class service at the register or on the floor.
• Operate computerized cash registers and process transactions.
• Assist with receiving inventory, stocking shelves, and maintaining Customer Ready Standards.
• Lift up to 40 lbs/18 kg as part of stocking and handling duties.
• Assist wholesale and trade representatives as needed.
