Job summary

The LCBO in Kingston is seeking a Customer Service Representative to engage customers, share product knowledge, and deliver exceptional service at the cash register and on the store floor.

Qualifications

• You must be eligible to work in Canada and be at least 18 years old.
• Criminal Background Check is required, at your own expense, before starting work.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs / 18 kg and stand for extended periods.
• Shifts may include peak periods and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide best-in-class service at the cash register or on the floor.
• Interact with customers, co-workers, wholesale and trade representatives to create positive experiences.
• Assist with receiving inventory, unloading trucks, stocking products and maintaining Customer Ready Standards.
• Perform duties that may include lifting cases and processing customer transactions while leaving a positive impression.
