Job summary

Irving Oil is seeking a Wholesale & Specialty Sales Operations Student to support the Wholesale & Specialty Sales, Operations and Compliance team. This role provides exposure to sales operations, contract management, compliance processes, and data analysis, while offering opportunities to collaborate with internal teams and contribute to meaningful projects that support safe and reliable operations.

The student will work across documentation, reporting, and customer support, using Excel for data

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Business Administration program and returning to school after at least one year.
• Completed at least one year of post-secondary education.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects that enhance documentation of supply chain and compliance activities.
• Contribute to projects that improve efficiency, accuracy, and supply planning processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and customer support.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare presentations using Excel to support team performance and decision-making.
• Provide backend support with occasional customer-facing tasks related to sales operations.
