Proven ability to motivate and coach SMB sales professionals to targets.
Demonstrated strength in pipeline management, deal inspection, and forecasting.
Strong written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Field Sales Representatives across Western Canada to drive growth and revenue objectives.
Define and execute the SMB field strategy with territory plans and weekly targets.
Drive full-cycle sales including prospecting, RFPs, proposals, contracts, and coordination with product/implementation.
Maintain pipeline health through reviews, deal inspection, and forecasting.
