NewAge Products Inc. in North York, ON, is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to own day-to-day relationships with national and key regional retail accounts, operating from the West region (BC, AB, SK, MB).

The role covers Garage and Outdoors lines and reports to National Retail Sales Canada. You will grow distribution, drive revenue, and represent NewAge Products to buyers and partners on the ground across Western Canada in a combined-category territory.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in field sales, territory management, or key account management.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and gain new distribution within territory.
• Experience presenting to and negotiating with retail buyers or distributor partners.
• Strong organizational and account-planning skills; capable of multi-account territory.
• CRM experience is an asset; proficient with Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Territory & Account Management: primary contact for Garage and Outdoors accounts; grow revenue; identify new distribution.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: align activity with category strategy; ensure inventory supports commitments.
• Collaboration with Marketing, Planning and Finance to optimize ROI and profitability.
• Travel within assigned region; regularly visit accounts and build market presence.
