Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable car for daily work.
• Ability to travel between assignments within designated areas.
• Negative TB test completed within the last year.
• COVID vaccination receipts (subject to exemption).
• Valid criminal record check within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care as outlined in clients’ care plans.
• Offer companionship and light housekeeping.
• Prepare meals in accordance with client or family requests.
• Assist with activities of daily living, bathing, grooming.
• Help with transfers, ambulation, and exercises.
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
