Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable access to a car for daily work.
• Ability to travel between assignments within designated areas.
• Negative TB test completed within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients as outlined in their care plans.
• Prepare meals according to client requests.
• Assist clients with daily living activities.

Skills

Effective verbal and written communication in English

Good judgment

Ability to work independently

Ability to work cooperatively with a team

Education

PSW certification from an approved educational institution

Valid CPR/First Aid certificate
