SR Staffing is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the weekend shift in Montreal. You will oversee shop floor activities, drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and lead teams to meet KPIs and customer commitments while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include resource optimization, budget alignment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve TAT targets and continuous improvement goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in operations management, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shop floor production and align with customer orders and schedules.
• Lead and mentor teams to achieve KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and resources.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and ES&H policies.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives and address non-conformances.
