Job summary

Qualifications

• A college or university degree in aeronautics, engineering, operations management or related field.
• At least five years supervising unionized manufacturing teams.
• Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise a team of ~25 unionized employees on the weekend shift (12 hours, Fri–Sun).
• Be responsible for operational processes by achieving and monitoring objectives.
• Plan daily operations and follow up; report and analyze productivity, quality and safety indicators.
• Ensure continuous improvement and training; promote engagement and teamwork.
