Job summary

Granby Ranch is seeking a Wedding and Event Manager to oversee client experience from inquiry through day-of execution. You will conduct tours, present F&B options, upsell services, and prepare contracts and banquet orders with cross-functional coordination.

The role requires 5+ years in customer service and 2+ years in wedding execution, with strong communication and organization. On-site duties, year-round events, and a competitive salary with bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years customer service experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with wedding execution.
• College degree or experience commensurate with essential functions.
• Valid Driver's License with MVR that meets Company insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries on multiple platforms with timely, professional responses and secure bookings.
• Schedule and conduct site tours for potential clients.
• Represent Granby Ranch professionally to clients, planners, and vendors, ensuring excellent client experience.
• Meet or exceed financial targets for wedding and private events.
• Prepare contracts and banquet event orders; manage scheduling and execution.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure timely payments and manage vendor relationships.
