Job summary

Granby Ranch in Granby, Canada is seeking a Wedding and Event Manager to oversee the client experience from inquiry to day-of execution. You will manage tours, communicate GR experience and F&B options, upsell where appropriate, prepare contracts and banquet orders, coordinate with operations, ensure payments, and support day-of execution.

The role requires 5+ years in customer service and 2+ years wedding execution, English fluency, strong organization, and ability to work evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Must have a college degree or experience commensurate with essential functions.
• Minimum of 5 years customer service experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with wedding execution.
• Valid Driver's License with MVR meeting company insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries on multiple platforms with timely, professional responses and secure business.
• Schedule and execute site tours for potential clients.
• Represent Granby Ranch professionally to clients, planners, and vendors with clear, timely communication.
• Meet or exceed financial targets for weddings and private events.
• Prepare accurate contracts and ensure full execution with copies.
• Coordinate with insurance requirements for vendors and proofs of coverage.
• Prepare invoices and liaise with accounting to collect payments.
• Maintain strong relationships with departments and vendors for smooth events.
• Oversee one FT/Seasonal employee with guidance and accountability.
• Handle day-of guest experiences and post-event follow-up for client satisfaction.
