Mountainscape Wedding Planners seeks an experienced event professional to ensure flawless execution of wedding day logistics, from elopements to large celebrations. You will coordinate every detail, supervise on-site teams, and maintain a guest-centric approach to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Connect couples with Creative Director to design vision.
• Prepare operations documents: timelines, critical paths, scopes of work, venue/vendor bookings.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, vendors, venues.
• Coordinate all wedding elements from start to finish, following Mountainscape procedures.
• Anticipate and mitigate challenges and resolve on-site issues.
• Ensure events run on schedule and align with client vision.
• Maintain safety, security, and first aid readiness.
• Attend meetings to support sales and secure future bookings.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and partners.
• Provide onsite leadership to operations teams and vendors.
• Document requirements and action requests for clients.
• Record post-event feedback and share insights with the team.
