Mountainscape Wedding Planners ensure the smooth facilitation of all aspects of their clients’ wedding day. They ensure the results exceed expectations. The wedding planner organizes and coordinates all types of wedding-related events, including elopements, rehearsals, ceremonies, decor installations, wedding receptions, and pre- and post-wedding activities. In essence, the wedding planner flawlessly executes every detail, ensuring the wedding couple has a carefree, idyllic, mountain wedding experience.
The successful candidate will have previous event planning or event management experience and a demonstrated passion for delivering superior customer service, bringing both operational skill and a guest‑centric mindset to the role.
Weddings and events do not always stick to a 9-to-5 — and neither do we! While a typical week is around 40 hours, you will need to be flexible. Evening and weekend shifts are part of the magic, and yes, overtime may be required when things get busy. We will keep you in the loop with your schedule, and you will always know what is coming.
