Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, web, and/or communications management.
• Ability to develop creative web-based solutions for marketing challenges.
• Experience managing projects and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of online marketing and communications design or development.
• Experience developing and managing a complex institutional website.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support a team responsible for web content and platform management.
• Direct the development, governance, and improvement of the TerminalFour CMS with ITS.
• Establish and maintain institutional web standards, templates, and governance.
• Provide leadership in web strategy, content management, and user experience.
• Champion web accessibility and ensure WCAG compliance.
• Use analytics to inform decisions and improve performance.
• Plan and manage institutional web projects with stakeholder engagement.
• Deliver training and support programs for CMS users across the university.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to anticipate needs and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure consistency, quality, usability, and stewardship of the university's web presence.
