Job summary

Save the Children Canada is seeking a Website Coordinator to manage, maintain, and optimize our website, ensuring accurate, accessible, and engaging content aligned with our goals. You will collaborate with brand, communications, fundraising, IT, operations, and external vendors to deliver an exceptional user experience and support digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of website management experience, strong SEO and accessibility knowledge, and proficiency with WordPress,

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience managing websites or digital content.
Experience with Content Management Systems (WordPress, Drupal, AEM).
Experience using web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
Knowledge of SEO, accessibility standards (WCAG), and user experience principles.
Advanced communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills for diverse audiences.
Ability to travel locally, nationally and internationally (<10%).

Responsibilities

Maintain and update website content using a Content Management System (CMS).
Create, edit, format, and publish web pages, landing pages, and multimedia content.
Ensure website content is accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards.
Coordinate content production, reviews and approvals with internal contacts.
Conduct regular audits to identify outdated, broken, or duplicate content.
