Job summary

Castolin Eutectic is seeking a Business Development Manager – Wear Solutions (Mining) in Timmins, Ontario. The role is home-based with a vehicle allowance and uncapped commission, targeting growth across Northern Ontario.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in mining, heavy industry, wear solutions, or technical sales.
• Strong understanding of wear mechanisms and asset reliability.
• Ability to travel across Northern Ontario (50–60%).

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities within mining and heavy industrial operations.
• Evaluate wear challenges and propose Castolin solutions.
• Generate new opportunities through prospecting, referrals, site visits, and industry events.
• Expand existing relationships through consultative, solution-based selling.
• Maintain opportunities, quotations, and customer engagement in CRM.
