Job summary

Bradken Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand our Canadian mining market. This remote role requires extensive travel to mine sites and customer locations while developing new business and sustaining long-term relationships.

You will engage with operations, maintenance, reliability, engineering and procurement teams, promoting Fixed Plant, Mill Liners, wear solutions, and related mining products across Canada. A strong network and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in engineering, business, or related field.
• Experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within mining.
• Established network with mining companies, EPCM firms, OEMs or related industries.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Canadian mining accounts and grow revenue.
• Travel across Canada to mine sites and customer locations; build opportunities and close deals.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, reliability, engineering and procurement teams to deliver solutions.
